Sorting Machine

The machine separates products after test. The products are pick-up after a test station. The test station gives a "GOOD" or "BAD" signal to the MX2000. Depending of this signal the products are to be put on the Good or the Bad pallet.

There are two "Good" and two "Bad" pallets. When one is full, the sort machine starts automatically with a new empty pallet and gives a signal to remove the full one. The program was made by the customer himself, without any assistance of Superior Electric. The customer was very satisfied with the operation of this machine, after just one week running they ordered a second system.
